Major Activities:

  • Improved access to veterinary services;
  • Enhanced livestock meat & milk production for income generation;
  • Created a cadre of self-employed community livestock extension workers ;
  • Training of women livestock farmers in livestock management.
  • A total of 3,618,712 (103%) households and 9,868,132 (102%) population have been surveyed by SRSO.
