Integrated Skill Development Program (ISDP) (Government of Sindh)

Major Activities:

The project aims to enhance the capacity and skills of unskilled youth of District Qamber Shahdadkot through skill development training for self-employment and sustainable income generation.
1140 youth will obtain skill development training. 48 % of the targeted population will be women.
After the completion of VTP graduation the female Business Development Groups (BDGs)would be formed and linked with local and international markets through Business Development Mechanisms (BDMs). This activity consists of identification, training exposure, and market linkages.

Motor Cycle Repairing
Generator Repairing
Tailoring
Applique Work
Value Addition of Local Crafts (Chabi, Sindhi Cap & Zari work)
Beautician

Participation in Exhibitions for productive linkages
