SRSO has distributed the cooked food to 300 households (2500 beneficiaries) funded by Engro. These families were identified and registered with Engro foundation in Tehsil Obavro, district Ghotki.
Engro foundation has provided dry Rashan to two thousand families (Wheat Flour 40 kg, Rice 20kgs, cooking oil 5kgs,Pulses 5kgs, sugar 5 kgs, tea and miscellaneous items).
This project of Engro also contains non food items (NFI), such as, shelter kit, Hand Pumps, Jerry Cans, hygiene kits, Mosquitoes nets and Pit Latrines for the same households.
This component of the Engro flood relief project includes fodder and vaccination for the 10,000 animals of the 2,000 families settled in Tehsil Ghotki relief camps.
