SRSO is designed in such a way that it specializes as a support organization, which provides social guidance to the communities through its vast network of Districts Offices within which it also has its Field Units. An independent Board of Directors is responsible for all the policy decisions. The Chief Executive Officer, SRSO is the administrative head who along with the management team is responsible for programme implementation. At the Head Office level, there are Programme Sections that are each headed by a Programme Manager. These Sections include SRSO - Institute of Management and Skills Development (IMSD), SRSO - Microfinance(MF), Social Sector Services (SSS), Gender and Development (GAD), Crafts Enterprise Development Section (CED), Natural Resource Management (NRM), Physical Infrastructure and Technology Development (PITD), Micro-Health Insurance(MHI), Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER), Internal Audit (IA), Administration, Human Resources (HR), Finance and Accounts, Procurement and Information Technology (IT).
The field operations are directly managed through the Head Office. Each District Office is managed by a District Programme Manager who is assisted by a team of professional staff.
